My name is April. Chris and I can not get over how amazing this place is. My niece was having her very first Slumber party for her 10th birthday. Unfortunately everyone cancelled at the last minute. Even the rain was trying to ruin the moonwalk fun she was supposed to have. We were trying to figure out how to make her day still feel as special as she is. We called around and Flower City came to our rescue . They were able to pick out a special bouquet order that fit her personality and style. And deliver it last minute to her house!! They help me figure out the best way to put a smile on her face while still keeping it anonymous. They took the time to ask about her and get a feel for the things she might like in order to create for her the perfect bouquet. Their heart for the situation truly showed that they care about the people they are serving and not just see customers as a "business opportunity". God bless them. Best florist EVER!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was my first time orchestrating a big romantic gesture. Flower City made the process easy by giving me plenty of options to choose from and flexible dates of delivery. After about an hour of perusing their many wonderful arrangements, I picked out the perfect one ("Ring in Spring") for the woman I love and I set it to be delivered to her workplace the very next day. I received a prompt notification when the flowers were delivered, and the delivery person followed my exact instructions by giving the flowers to her directly. She cried when the flowers were presented to her. So yeah, I would say this was pretty much the perfect experience :)
